As an affiliate for us, you'll be helping others live a healthier and more vibrant life while making money (our products convert really well!) so you can sustain and grow your business and audience.  We care about our products and our customers, so please only promote in an engaging, not spammy or fraudulent manner.   Please read our policies in more detail below. 

Our products include cookbooks, meal plans, video courses, and supplements.  Please follow the instructions below to sign up for your affiliate account.  Once approved, you'll be provided with the affiliate links, banners, and email swipe copy - promoting us is super easy.  

Commissions are 50% for all of our digital products (including all upsells).  This means if someone buys one of our digital cookbooks through your affiliate link, you'll be paid 50% of the purchase price as commissions.  If they continue in that same transaction to purchase several of the upsell digital products, then you'll also make 50% of those purchases.  That's why you might make on average $10 commissions even though you're sending people to purchase a $6.99 cookbook.

For certain physical products, the commission percentages may be different, and this will be reflected on the Affiliate Resources page.

Payment is made via Paypal during the first week of the month after the refund period (60 days) for the product is over.

We will pay any Paypal fees so that you get the full commissions you earn.

You'll enter your Paypal email address into your PayKickStart affiliate account - please make sure this is correct as it's where we will send payment.

You'll also need to submit your W9 or W8 form before we can send your payment.  You can download a blank form in your PayKickStart affiliate account and upload the completed for there.

Promoting our products is really simple and highly profitable (we have amazing converting offers that customers love). But because we care about our community, we have to be selective in who we admit as an affiliate. Any affiliate found to spam FB groups, falsely represent our products, or use any misleading images/text will be banned from the program immediately.

Before promoting, you must accept the following regulations:

Affiliates may not run ads on Google Adwords (or any Google property), bid on "Keto Summit", "Meal Plan Club", "Paleo Flourish", "Healing Autoimmune", or "Essential Keto Cookbook" based keywords, use any of those terms in any pay per click ads, use any terminology in ads or landing pages that are similar to "scam" or "fraud," or create customer incentives for purchasing any of our products (e.g. cash rebates or 3rd party bonus offers).

Affiliates must also NEVER use any images or videos that they do not own, and are forbidden from using any imagery that would imply any endorsement without written consent from the appropriate parties.

Affiliates are forbidden from creating webpages, social media pages or accounts that falsely represent themselves as the creators or owners of any of our products. Any review page and all creative contained therein must include the word 'REVIEW' in the title, the url and any graphics used in the cover image or profile image. This includes blogs, webpages, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or ANY OTHER online entity whether or not it is considered to be "social media".

No direct linking to cart or order forms from any ads or landing pages are permitted. The customer must see our offer as presented by us prior to landing on the cart.

Your affiliate advertising must NOT include any content that is deceptive, misleading, untruthful, unsubstantiated, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines. All affiliates (regardless of their country of domicile) MUST be in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including without limitation the Federal Trade Commission Act (“FTC Act”), the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 (“CAN-SPAM Act”), Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) regulations and guidelines implementing the FTC Act and the CAN-SPAM Act, the FTC’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (“FTC Testimonials Guide”), the National Advertising Division decisions of the Better Business Bureau, and other federal and state consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Any affiliate caught breaking any of these terms will be banned immediately without hesitation, and will not be eligible for reinstatement.
